Feast of the Seven Deadly Sins: Ingredient Lists for Dinner Feast


The theme of both the event and feast is the Hundred Years War. For the feast you must choose either the English or French feast (opposite sides of the hall). If loyalties are split among friends, families or households you will not be dining together. Vegetarians must still pick a side. NO WAFFLING... this is a war people!

English Feast (48 Seats)

1st Course

  • Stewed Lombard - Pork, red wine, onions, veggie stock, parsnips, sugar, cloves, ginger, saffron, allspice, cinnamon
  • Brown Bread - whole wheat/white flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, butter, buttermilk
  • Butter

2nd Course

  • Blawmanger (Chicken)- Rice, almond milk, chicken, salt, almonds, white pepper, salt, onion powder, parsley, rosemary
  • Salat - Lettuce, spinach, scallions, parsley, sage, rosemary, fennel, farmer’s cheese, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt

3rd Course

  • Stewed Beef - Beef roast, parsley, currents, white pepper, cinnamon, cloves, saffron, salt, apple cider, red wine vinegar
  • Funges - Mushrooms, leeks, butter, salt
  • Lentils & Barley - Lentils, barley, veggie stock, olive oil, onion, garlic, bay leaf, salt, white pepper


French Feast (48 Seats)

1st Course

  • Georgie soup (Chicken) - Chicken breast, chicken liver (small diced pieces for flavor), butter, onion, parsley, red wine, beef stock, verjuice, ginger, saffron, salt, white pepper, pumpernickel rye bread
  • Brown Bread & Butter (same as English feast)

2nd Course

  • Vermiseaux - Vermicelli pasta, veggie broth, olive oil, cheese, salt
  • Pourceletfarci (Pork Meatballs) - Ground pork, egg yolks, brie, chestnuts, salt, white pepper, ginger, cloves, sugar, olive oil, red wine vinegar
  • Sallat of Hearbes - Lettuce, escarole, parsley, scallions, lemon, cucumber, hard-boiled eggs, cider vinegar, oil, salt, white pepper

3rd Course

  • Lamb w/ Cameline Sauce - Lamb, oil, salt, pepper, pumpernickel bread, red wine vinegar, ginger, cloves, salt
  • Tarte of Rice - Rice, milk, water, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, butter, egg yolks, orange juice
  • New Peas for a Meat Day - Peas, veggie broth, parsley, salt

Vegetarian Feast Option

1st Course

  • Brown Bread & Butter (same as English feast)

2nd Course

  • Salat or Sallat of Hearbes (depending on loyalties)
  • Vermiseaux - Vermicelli pasta, veggie broth, olive oil, cheese, salt

3rd Course

  • Funges - Mushrooms, leeks, butter, salt
  • Lentils & Barley - Lentils, barley, veggie stock, olive oil, onion, garlic, bay leaf, salt, white pepper

Pax d' Dessert (for all)

  • Assorted flavored hard sugar candies
  • Assorted chocolate candies
  • Gingerbread candies
  • Homemade lollipops for all children staying for feast.
